Spare trees or land…

Are you itching to get your hands on that tantalising fruit hanging from those trees near you, which you just know will rot on the floor rather than digest in bellies?

Are you a member of a community group that has access to a patch of land that would look a whole lot better with some fruit trees growing from it?

We're currently looking for partner groups to plant with during the winter of 2013/14 and are happy to assist with fruit harvesting (we have long-hanlded pickers!). Get in touch!

The Capital Comunity Foundation launched in January 2011 its "500 for London" programme.

They are looking for 500 people to give £500 to some fantastic projects tackling some pressing issue in London- in 3 domains (Youth at Risk, Urban Greening or Violence Against Women). The London Orchard Project has been selected to be part of the Urban Greening Scheme.
